Q. DOES YOUR COMPANY HAVE A GUARANTEE?
 
 
Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.
 
 
Q. WILL YOU SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
 
 
We know that your personal information is just that... personal. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information to any 3rd party. The only exceptions would be as required under federal law in investigations of fraud. See the story on CNN.com for more insight on this procedure.
 
 
Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?
 
Within 30 days you should Email herronkennels@bright.net to obtain a Return Material Authorization number and a return address. If the product is defective we will send a return UPS label and upon inspection either send a new item or issue a refund. If you decide that you don't want the item, you are responsible for the return postage. A refund will be given for the product only, minus a 15% restocking fee.
 
 
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
 
We ship directly from the warehouse using UPS. We can ship using any of the following:
 
UPS Ground
 
UPS 3-Day Select
 
UPS 2nd Day Air
 
UPS Next Day Air Saver
 
 
Q; ARE THERE ANY HANDLE FEE?
 
NO, not at all! We cover the cost of boxes, packaging material, and tape
 
 
Q. DO YOU ACCEPT COD ORDER?
 
 
Sorry, but due to problems with folks ordering by COD and then refusing to pay for the shipment, we can no longer offer COD as a payment option.
 
 
Q. HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIP?
 
 
Most orders are shipped out the next business day. Each order is assigned a reference number when it is transmitted to our warehouse. This number is entered on your order. To track your order, simply log on and check your order. It will have the reference number listed. Then click on the UPS tracking link. Enter your reference number, select submit, and the tracking information will be displayed. Then select track to check the shipping status of your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be entered into the system.

Sorry, but we do not publish a printed catalog. A printed catalog could never contain all of the information we can publish on our Websit
